Change or cancel without fees*
Disney offers the option of changing or cancelling your booking with a complete refund anytime up to 7 days before your arrival date. Please allow an addition 2 working business days to make your request with the Picniq Customer care team to process this for you.

*This excludes insurance or transport fees, where applicable, in accordance with Disney’s Terms & Conditions.

Please Note

  • Les Villages Nature Paris packages include tickets to the 2 Disney Parks for 2 days, regardless of the number of nights, on the days of your choice.
  • Some experiences may subject to change, cancellation or postponement without notice, particularly in the event of bad weather or for safety reasons. Disney Characters will not be present at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch.
  • Some Disney Hotels may not be available on the dates you choose. Contact our holiday experts by telephone and we’ll help you find a suitable alternative.
  • For example, if you plan to arrive on 11th Aug, you can change or cancel your booking without fees (excluding insurance and/or transport fees if applicable), until before midnight on 1st Aug. From 2nd Aug, the standard modification and cancellation conditions outlined in Disney’s Terms & Conditions and Picniq’s Booking Terms.
Can I book transport to Disneyland® Paris with Picniq?2023-08-22T10:42:19+00:00

The majority of the prices quoted on our website refer to a hotel and park ticket package. However, we do have packages that include transport and with a number of transport choices available, including Eurostar and self drive ferry/ train options, our team will be able to provide you with options and prices.

Last minute bookings are sometimes available subject to capacity limitations at the time. Our helpful holiday experts will be able to check availability and provide pricing information.

Can I spread the cost of my trip?2024-10-15T14:18:01+00:00

For Disneyland Paris offers, upon booking you can choose to pay 100% of the price, or you can pay a deposit (15%) and the remaining balance 60 days before you travel (Hotel & Ticket Only) or 98 Days before you travel (Bookings Including Transport). Your purchase price is fixed/ guaranteed so you will not be impacted by any price changes during this time.

We can also offer interest free Direct Debit Plans up to 6 weeks before your departure date (Terms and conditions apply – ask us for more details)

For other offers we have various payment plans – we’ll run through these with you as part of the booking process to find what suits you.

How quickly will I receive confirmation of my booking?2023-08-22T10:44:59+00:00

Once you have received a quote from us you will have 24 hours to make payment (of either the deposit, or the full amount). Once you have made payment your booking will be confirmed 24 hours, although we always try to do this sooner.
