Disney offers the option of changing or cancelling your booking with a complete refund anytime up to 7 days before your arrival date. Please allow an addition 2 working business days to make your request with the Picniq Customer care team to process this for you.

- Les Villages Nature Paris packages include tickets to the 2 Disney Parks for 2 days, regardless of the number of nights, on the days of your choice.
- Some experiences may subject to change, cancellation or postponement without notice, particularly in the event of bad weather or for safety reasons. Disney Characters will not be present at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch.
- Some Disney Hotels may not be available on the dates you choose. Contact our holiday experts by telephone and we’ll help you find a suitable alternative.
- For example, if you plan to arrive on 11th Aug, you can change or cancel your booking without fees (excluding insurance and/or transport fees if applicable), until before midnight on 1st Aug. From 2nd Aug, the standard modification and cancellation conditions outlined in Disney’s Terms & Conditions and Picniq’s Booking Terms.
