Disneyland® Paris offers the option of changing or cancelling your booking with a complete refund anytime up to 10 days before you travel. Please allow an addition 2 working business days to make your request with the Picniq Customer care team to process this for you.
*This excludes insurance or transport fees, where applicable, in accordance with Disney’s Terms & Conditions.

Pay a 15% deposit of the total amount when you book then pay the balance in anytime up to 60 days before your arrival date – whatever suits you best!

Please Note
- Les Villages Nature Paris packages include tickets to the 2 Disney Parks for 2 days, regardless of the number of nights, on the days of your choice.
- Some experiences may subject to change, cancellation or postponement without notice, particularly in the event of bad weather or for safety reasons. Disney Characters will not be present at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch.
- Some Disney Hotels may not be available on the dates you choose. Contact our holiday experts by telephone and we’ll help you find a suitable alternative.
- For example, if you plan to arrive on 11th October, you can change or cancel your booking without fees (excluding insurance and/or transport fees if applicable), until before midnight on 1st October. From 2nd October, the standard modification and cancellation conditions outlined in Disney’s Terms & Conditions and Picniq’s Booking Terms.
