Transport options and costs for Disneyland® Paris
Are you considering the best way to get to Disneyland® Paris? Discover the many transport options and guide prices below.
Choose between driving, flying, Eurostar, or coach. Each have their own benefits or limitations, but with a range of options to suit different needs joining the magic has never been easier!
Self Drive
With Disneyland® Paris just a 3-hour drive from Calais, a great option for added convenience is to make the journey in the comfort of your own car and take in some of the glorious French countryside en route. There are so many benefits to driving, we’re not surprised that it’s a favourite choice for families of all ages.
Here are our ferry and Eurotunnel options:
Ferry
P&O Ferry from Dover to Calais (takes around 90 minutes) is the cheapest way to cross the Channel (especially when our free ferry offers are running). Crossings usually cost around £100 for a return.
There are plenty of distractions onboard for both adults and children. Kids can watch on-board videos or burn off excess energy in the play area, and grown-ups can make the most of the reduced high street shopping prices in one of the well-stocked shops! Two operators – DFDS and P&O Ferries – offer 15 – 20+ crossings a day, along with a night service.
Le Shuttle
(Also known as Eurotunnel) from Folkestone to Calais (takes around 35 minutes). Slightly more expensive than a ferry crossing but is the quicker option. This usually adds around £50-£60 each way compared to ferry.
You’ll go through British and French customs before you board then drive onto the train and relax in the comfort of your own car for the 35-minute journey. There are up to 4 shuttles per hour at peak times, or you can opt to make the crossing at night.
Make sure you tell us if you are travelling in a larger vehicle like a van/motorhome or if you are taking a roofbox or trailer etc, so we book you in a larger vehicle space!
