Accessibility and Priority Passes at Disneyland® Paris
Disneyland® Paris are committed to providing a magical experience for all guests, ensuring every attraction, show, hotel, and dining experience is fully accessible, comfortable and enjoyable for all. Guests with disabilities or long-term chronic diseases can request an Access Card or a Priority Card, so what does this mean?
What is an Access or Priority Card?
Guests with disabilities or a long-term Chronic Disease can be issued with either a Priority Card (for anyone who is officially registered as disabled) or an Easy Access Card (for anyone with a recognized long-term illness).
A Priority Card is for guests who are officially registered as disabled, and gives you priority access to attractions, shows, parades, Selfie spots, restaurant and shop checkouts.
An Access Card is for guests with recognized long-term illnesses or chronic disease, and gives you simplified access to attractions by allowing you to book appointments for rides.
How do I get a card?
You can request your Priority Card upon arrival, or save time by requesting your card online up to 1 month before your visit! And remember, you’ll need to present an original document issued by the government or medical authority upon arrival in order to collect it.
Alternatively, you can apply online however you will still need to pick it up on the day and it will not be posted to you. You can request your card here. We would recommend doing this online to save time.
To get your easy Access Card, you’ll just need to bring an original certificate dated no more than three months previously and signed by a medical doctor. You can pick it up from the front desk if you are staying at an official Disney Hotel, or alternatively pick it one up on your way to the parks at the entrance’s ticket office.
What this means for your visit
Having an Access Card or Priority Card will make your Disneyland® Paris trip easy, stress free, and comfortable, We would always recommend picking one up if you’re eligible, because they’re completely free and you never know when you might need to skip a big queue using a private entrance!
The parks most popular attractions such as rides, shows, character meets, and experiences are likely to have long queues which can involve a long of waiting around, but having a card means skipping all of that and getting right to the magic! It means one less thing to worry about, and much more time to enjoy the things you’re there for.
Accessibility around the Parks
Rides – Most rides have an accessible entrance. Show the cast member your card and let them know your party size. Character Meets – Show your card and your wait time will be shortened.
