Another one for Star Wars fans! This immersive 3D voyage sets off on an adventure through the stars with its impressive technology and many different mission combinations, tweenagers will be in their element comparing notes after each experience! This is an impressive simulator type attraction with enough gentle thrills, spills and Star Wars theming grab the attention of this age group.

One of our favourite attractions for all ages! Venture through an old mineshaft in a speedy cart, zooming around the mountain and through the ghostly mining town of the Wild West. Watch out for uneven tracks, complete darkness and explosions! Ride during the day, or for an even better experience (in our opinion!) take to the track after dark for the ultimate in thrilling fun!

Is your tweenager an Indiana Jones™ style adventurer? This thrill ride will take them on an exciting expedition in a runaway wagon that is fast from the start! With plenty of twists and turns they’ll face all sorts of jungle surprises. This one is definitely for braver adventurers and an exciting ride option for adrenaline seekers.

Join Captain Jack Sparrow on a swashbuckling adventure! This atmospheric, dark (but not very dangerous!), boat ride is a fun-filled experience not to be missed. Its calmer than some of the other attractions we’ve mentioned in this list, but there’s still enough jumps, small drops and pirate shenanigans to keep this age group smiling as they navigate Dead Man’s Cove and Hurricane Lagoon, before stumbling upon an all-out pirate battle!

📍Avengers Campus, Walt Disney Studios® Park 🧍1.20m Minimum

Join The Avengers on a heroic adventure to save the world! MARVEL fans will love the twists and turns on an ‘out of this world ‘thrill attraction. Journey in one of Stark Industries’ flashy vehicles and blast off with Iron Man and Captain Marvel on this super speedy ride for the thrill-seekers.

Expect the unexpected- when we rode this attraction it made us laugh out loud with its fast twists and turns (and turns and turns ) through world of Nemo and his friends.  This attraction doesn’t last long, however its packed full of fun and ‘faster than you think’!

Horrors await inside the Tower of Terror! Strap in as rickety elevator is the scariest challenge they’ll face! The build up and anticipation for this attraction is one of the best we’ve experienced. Tweenagers will definitely have a will I? Won’t I? ride moment before they reach the front of the queue.

Once strapped in it a fabulously fun drop experience with a creepy twist. They’ll scream all the way through and come off with a smile of accomplishment on their faces.

(The not so tall height restriction is an indicator that this attraction is thrilling, but ‘doable!),

📍Worlds of Pixar, Walt Disney Studios® Park 🧍1.20m Minimum

This attraction may be based on Toy Story but it’s not for the feint hearted! If your tweenager is one for tummy sinks then try to sit in the back rows for maximum G force! Hold on tight for the drops, and enjoy the views up top!
