The following Agency Booking Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and, where your booking is made via our website, our website terms and conditions of use, together with the general information contained on our website and any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking with the Supplier/Principal govern your booking made via Picniq Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number: 08507282, registered office at: Picniq Ltd, Space House, 22 -24 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8EZ.
Please Note: We act only as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any arrangements or other services you purchase in respect of your chosen attraction or event (“Attraction”), Package holiday (which may include an Attraction), or for the acts or omissions of any supplier or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with any arrangements.
